The Agentforce World Tour in NYC wasn’t just a tech event - it was a glimpse into the future of AI-powered business. Live demos showed how Agentforce is already transforming industries like healthcare and finance, streamlining work while boosting compliance and efficiency. Attendees rolled up their sleeves in hands-on workshops, building AI agents and exploring tools like Salesforce’s new Flex Credits model and governance features. Orion Global Solutions brought the community together with an energizing HQ meetup, followed by a rooftop happy hour at Creatures, co-hosted with Appiphony, Sprout Social, and Highspot. The conversations? Bold, ambitious, and bursting with what’s next. More than anything, the day proved that Agentforce isn’t just about smarter technology - it’s about real transformation driven by people, purpose, and possibility.

I’m immensely proud of my team for their hard work and dedication, which shone through in every interaction. It’s a privilege to lead such a talented group as we continue to drive digital transformation and deliver results that matter.

Last week, I had the privilege of participating as a group leader at YPO University NYC with top Harvard University professors: Rawi Abdelal, Kris Ferreira, Shuya Gong, and Das Narayandas. "Data-Driven Evolution - Navigating Business to the Future" was an immersive 3-day educational forum that brought together YPO leaders from across the globe.

I am excited to share that the 2024 Salesforce NYC World Tour was a great success! The festivities began with an amazing happy hour event at Orion Headquarters, where we had the pleasure of reuniting with our valued Salesforce friends, YPO friends, and customers.

Yesterday, I had the honor of being invited to the Colin L. Powell Distinguished Leadership Award dinner, an event that celebrated the impactful legacy of General Powell but also spotlighted the exemplary leadership of Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. The evening was inspiring and a tribute to General Powell core values- integrity, humor, pragmatism, and common sense.
