The energy at Dreamforce 2025 was unmistakable. Discussions around agentic AI weren’t just about the next big innovation, they were about reimagining how humans and technology collaborate to create real impact. Marc Benioff made it official: the Agentic Enterprise is here to stay, and it’s incredible to witness how quickly this new era of AI is taking shape.
What inspired me most was seeing how humans and AI can truly collaborate - grounded in trust, data, and governance. These principles are the foundation of meaningful innovation. After all, technology is only as strong as the people and values behind it.
Among the many sessions, a few stood out. Jujhar Singh shared powerful insights on how the partner community can better support customers, while Michael Costigan offered a fascinating look into Salesforce Futures, particularly how AI agents will soon revolutionize CRM by enhancing human connection and taking on repetitive, manual tasks. The message was clear: AI isn’t replacing people; it’s empowering them to focus on what matters most.
Moments like these also highlight what makes this ecosystem so special - collaboration. I’m especially grateful to Salesforce Ben for the partnership, and to everyone who stopped by our booth, exchanged ideas, or joined us for our customer dinner. These connections remind me that innovation is never a solo journey; it’s built through shared learning and trust.
It was inspiring to see Orion Global Solutions’ COO, Dan Farrugia, take part in the “Salesforce Data Breach” panel - sharing timely insights on trust and proactive security. His discussion couldn’t have been more fitting during Cybersecurity Awareness Month, reinforcing that governance and observability are essential pillars of responsible AI.
“As I reflect on the week, one thing feels certain: the future of the enterprise is both agentic and human. It’s about leading with purpose, building with trust, and shaping a future where people and AI drive impact, together.”
